SPEX was started by sisters Corinne and Tayah MacRae, with one goal: cleaning detailed and reliable enough that you can actually feel the difference. SPEX is short for Spotless Experts, and it’s the standard we hold every space to.
We grew up around the cleaning and restoration industry through our dad, and it shaped how we see the work: real attention to detail and pride in a job done right. He taught us early that cleaning is about more than how a place looks. It’s about leaving a space that feels refreshed, cared for, and genuinely comfortable to be in.
What began as helping family, friends, and neighbors grew through word of mouth and relationships we didn’t want to let down. After seeing too many rushed cleans and overlooked corners, we built SPEX around the things others skip: consistency, clear communication, and the small details that make a whole space feel different. Today we clean homes, commercial spaces, and multi-unit properties across the Twin Cities.
